It is Saturday, I got up very early and went up for a blood test. I have an appointment with Physician's Way on Monday. This blog is to document my journey towards my goal in weight loss.
Goals:
- Loose 100 pounds in 10 months.
- To enjoy the look of my body, to feel comfortable in my skin again.
- Have more energy to be more active with my Children.
- To improve my overall health.
- Okay to have my photo taken.
- Buy clothes and bras at a regular shop, not plus size and online.
