I guess no change is good change for this week. With camp and camp food I am not surprised. Goal for next week is 247 lbs.

At the begining of my journey I was 254 pound. I was very very discusted with myself at the heaviest I have ever been. Now it is 2014 and I am down to 222 lbs and working hard to get my health back along with shedding pounds and setting a good example for my three young kids ages....11y/o daughter, 9y/o and 5y/o sons. It has come to my to my attention through this process how much my kids learn by watching me work towards my goals.

Back from camp.
My doc was right, forget trying to diet at camp. So back on track today. I really wasn't mentally ready to jump back on the wagon but no procrastinating. I doubt if I lost any weight this week, tomorrow will tell at weigh in, but it has been enlightening and educational. I have learned how out of control my eating had gotten. This really needs to be a life style change not just a diet to loose weight.

It begins.
My first appointment with Physiciansway and Dr. Kelly today. It went well. My blood work was right on target. My target weight is good and now I just have to live the dream. I have a lot of reading and planning to do but Richie got my groceries for day one.......protein protein protein!

Even my blood sugar was within limits, which was my concern. Now, I just have to learn how to read my blood test....I am curious what all those things mean.

The Begining.
It is Saturday, I got up very early and went up for a blood test. I have an appointment with Physician's Way on Monday. This blog is to document my journey towards my goal in weight loss.
Goals:
- Loose 100 pounds in 10 months.
- To enjoy the look of my body, to feel comfortable in my skin again.
- Have more energy to be more active with my Children.
- To improve my overall health.
- Okay to have my photo taken.
- Buy clothes and bras at a regular shop, not plus size and online.
