Week 3 - I had a pretty good appt today with Dr. Kelly....it was update time. I have lost 10 lbs and 4 inches off my waist. My BMI is down 4 pts and my Blood Pressure is almost back down to my normal (excellent) range.
I am so waiting till the kids start school this Monday. I have promised myself that I will get serious about organized exercise everyday once they are out of the house during the first part of the day. With my found energy I have been cleaning house but as usual it is work that is never done.
10 down 90 to go.
