Two weeks (offically)!

Two weeks dieting and 11 pounds down!  Yeah! 
I weighed in yesterday and I and unexpectedly lost 4 additional pounds this past week.
I had been having a weakness for pasta and bread the beginning of the week.  I only nibbled off the kids but it was hard not to wolf it down.  I was very surprised when I had actually lost weight. 

This weeks goals are to add more activity, more organized exercise, into my week.  Last week I had been very active with this kids outings, involving walking and pool movement.
