Diet going well, hungry today, but doing well.  Exercise is stagnating, I really need to get off my butt.

Went well.

My doctor's appointment went better than expected.  I lost 2 lbs., overall with the ups and downs I have lost a total of 15 pounds.

I had Dr. Kelly perscribe the appitite supresant - PHENTERMINE  37.5 MG  to jump start me again.  I take 1/2 a tablet at 10am.

I walked 1.5 miles Tuesday, back and forth from Bailey and the house.   Today I got in 1 mile this morning and I am hopeful to put in a little Wii, later.  Boy, were my calves cramping today, just really tight, I need to work that out.

I started DailyBurn.com and a few challenges on that website to help keep me motivated.  My goal is 30 miles walking by Halloween on top of other exercise.   JUST DO IT!

Doctor's appt tomorrow

I have been taking a diet vacation. I do not know if it is stress, the change of weather or just having so much going on but I have not been very good at my eating regiment. I usually start the day out fine but by luch it is down hill fast. I am not looking forward to my doctor's appointment tomorrow. da da daaaa I just hope I haven't gained weight, I know I haven't lost any. Today I am doing meal replacement and it will continue till after my doctor's apointment at 1pm tomorrow.
I did go out and bought a Wii Fit Plus 2 weeks ago. I really love working on it but I need to be strict on setting a time for myself and the Wii to comunicate, (ie exercise)

In addition to my appointment with Dr. Kelly, I have an emergeny appt with the dentist, I knocked my left bridge out Saturday night and we shall see how that goes tomorrow.
